Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused Lovepop cards or gifts in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
