How do Lovepop cards work?
Lovepop cards are intricate 3D paper sculptures designed by naval architects using Slicegami™ technology. They arrive flat and magically pop up into a detailed scene when opened.
What are your shipping options?
We offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days, as well as expedited and overnight options for last-minute gifting needs.
Can I include a personalized message?
Yes! You can choose to add a custom printed message and even a photo to most cards, which we will slide into the side of the card for a personal touch.
Do I need special postage to mail a Lovepop?
Most Lovepop cards require two standard 'forever' stamps or a single 'butterfly' stamp due to the weight and thickness of the 3D sculpture.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your pop-up art. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate events?
